We provide pressure and flow data reports to developers, consultants and contractors to design fire services and irrigation for new and existing developments.
We use two different tests to obtain pressure and flow report data:
- network modelling simulations
- on-site tests.
You can request both types of test and multiple tests for a single property address.
You must submit separate applications for different sites.

If you are a registered plumber, surveyor, builder, or engineering consultant, you are eligible to use our property search tool.
Use this tool to search and access pressure and flow data, when available.
If the data is not available in the tool, you must apply for a pressure and flow report.

If the data from these tests does not fully address the design requirements of your fire service installation, we recommend engaging a qualified hydraulic and/or plumbing consultant to obtain more specific data.
