This request form is to be used for installing sub-meters associated with Development projects only, where sub-metering was included in your Development Deed. If you do not have a Deed with Barwon Water for the development, you must first apply for development. If you are wanting to install meters at an existing property that is not part of a development, then you must instead apply for sub-meters.
