Do I need to apply for development?
Yes
You do need to apply for development when your works:
- include subdivision
- requires the construction of new Barwon Water assets, such as pipelines, connection points and tappings.
No
You do not need to apply for development when your works are limited to:
- building a new residential dwelling without subdivision
- renovating an existing residential dwelling.
For these projects, you may need to apply for build over consent, or apply for a water and sewer connection.
