Important information: Updates to Land Development services, policies and guides (August 2024)
We have recently made changes to our developer agreements. Agreements are now categorised as either:
- Non-works (replacing private works)
- Developer works.
We will soon update our Land Development Guide and Land Development Servicing Requirements documents to reflect this change.
These changes will make our terminology consistent with other water authorities.
