National Water Week 2024 – Winners Announced!
Each year, National Water Week (21 – 27 October 2024) makes a splash across Australia inspiring individuals, communities, and organisations to work together to build community awareness and understanding of water-related issues.
Access to clean water is hugely important to our daily lives, and it’s down to all of us to protect our water environments and resources, and use water wisely.
Creativity shines for National Water Week
Primary school students from across the region have showcased their creative talents in a poster competition for National Water Week (21–27 October).
In total, we received 587 entries from 14 local schools for the annual poster competition, focusing on this year's theme, "Water for All, Inspiring Action."
Congratulations to the following students and schools. Each student will receive a prize pack valued at more than $100, and the five randomly chosen schools will each receive a $500 education voucher.
