Update my details
The easiest way to update your details and edit your billing and payment preferences is through your online account dashboard.
Dashboard login / register
Through the dashboard, you can change or update your:
- postal address
- email address
- contact number
- billing preferences (email or post)
- payment method
You’ll also be able to view your water bills and see your transaction history.

Granting access to your account
You have the right to nominate a chosen representative or support person to help manage your bill or to act on your behalf. To register another person, please send us a copy of an active power of attorney or complete the following form.
