We are one of eighteen organisations in Geelong that have pledged work together to use our collective influence in combatting financial disadvantage in our region.
Through the creation of a refreshed Geelong Region Financial Inclusion Action Plan (FIAP), the participating organisations across diverse sectors, are combining forces to enhance the financial inclusion, resilience, and wellbeing of their customers.
The Geelong region was selected as the location for the first place-based FIAP in Australia in 2020 with 10 organisations participating in the original plan. The latest plan was launched on 30 March 2023.
