With tourism booming and the increased stress on existing septic systems, we’ve partnered with the Colac Otway Shire Council and the Forrest community to investigate opportunities for wastewater improvements in the town.
Activities undertaken to date include:
- an audit of all existing onsite wastewater systems,
- community information and feedback sessions, and
- surveys to collate feedback to create a community wastewater vision for the town.
We’re continuing to work with the Forrest community through 2018.
